At Direktklick, we ensure quality products. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns:

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product leaked during transit

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders refused at delivery

  • Change of mind

Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

  • COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer after approval.
